By getting a reverse mortgage can I lose my home?

Is it possible for me to lose my home if I get a reverse mortgage?

No, you cannot lose your home. You remain the owner of your home and can stay in your home as long as you wish. When the home is sold, the loan is repaid, including the interest and any fees, and the remaining equity goes to you or your heirs. Of course, you still have to maintain your home and continue paying property tax and insurance.
