Can we have a reverse mortgage on two properties?

My husband and I have a house in the country and a city flat. Can we get a reverse mortgage on both properties at the same time?

"One of the requirements for a reverse mortgage is that you must occupy the property as your main residence. If you and your husband are the named title holders of both properties, then you can only reverse mortgage the residence you live in for the majority of the time.
