A reverse mortgage could be great way for you to pay off your existing mortgage. If you are approved for a reverse mortgage, you do not need to contact your existing mortgage lender, we will make all the arrangements with them. We will liaise with your existing lender to ensure your mortgage is paid off and all the paperwork is completed correctly. Depending on how much money you are approved to release from your home, you may have an amount left over after paying off your mortgage. You can choose to take this additional amount in a lump sum, in monthly installments, or as a line of credit.
