How many people can be on the application of a reverse mortgage?

My wife and I are considering getting a reverse mortgage on our home. Do I have to do this on my own, or can her name also be on the application?

There are no set regulations regarding the number of homeowners listed on the application for a reverse mortgage - as long as you and your wife are both over 62 years of age, this puts you in a great position to be approved for the loan program. We also ask that you use the property as your main residence, and if you have an existing mortgage, you must be approved for an amount that can totally pay this off. Make a call to us today to see how much money you could be eligible for.

If you are looking for more information about the reverse mortgage loan program, please feel free to request a free educational DVD, presented by Former Senator Fred Thompson. It will give you valuable information, so you can make an educated decision about this program.
