It's true the process can be somewhat complicated. Reverse mortgage professionals with AAG routinely deal with legal complexities. In my experience as a Reverse Mortgage Professional, I've seen all sorts of financial situations and worked through them. Also, I should point out that in addition to our help, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires all applicants to go through reverse mortgage counseling with a third party. It's to ensure you are aware of all of your options, understand all the terms, and are completely comfortable with your decision. You might say that it's "the law" to we make sure that you understand everything completely before finalizing your decision!
