When you call AAG, you will be assigned your own dedicated reverse mortgage professional, and most of the application takes place over the phone with them. You will be asked to provide the following - full names of all named title holders, social security number, date of birth, alternative contact information (for example, a friend or relative that doesn't live at the property), complete property address, addresses of any other properties owned, name of existing lenders, the approximate balances and details about the property (for example, the number of units, well and/or septic, condition of property, etc). The application can go quite quickly if you are prepared with this information when you call. Your reverse mortgage professional will also take some time to go over the various loan programs we offer, to help you determine which program is best for your needs. To find out more about how a reverse mortgage can work for you, please do order our free educational DVD, which features Former Senator Fred Thompson. You can place an order for your copy from the link on this website or the phone number provided.
